Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 362812.
Outside 127 Elm Park Close I there is a tree that has become very overgrown. It is overgrown and it is over hanging the property. It is preventing rain water from running of the roof of 127 and 127 as they have flat roofs. The leaves are blocking the drain pipe. This is causing water to build up on top of the roof. Can it please be looked into to be trimmed back.
