Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 362856.
There are 2 issues that is looking extremely dangerous and hazardous - potential accidents waiting to happen. 1) The branch that is on the public side, especially in the winds is preventing joggers/walkers from passing under the low bearing branches (which a number of joggers/walkers have told me). There are a small group of young girls that regularly gather under the tree which I fear that they will one day be injured by these weak branches falling on top of them. 2) The low bearing extremely weak branch that is from the same tree but is over 2 Mayfield Crescent's driveway is so weak, especially in the winds that it is unsafe to park a car on this part of the drive due to grave concerns that the weak branch will snap and create damage to vehicles by falling on top of them. Being a company vehicle, it is needed in order to work and this would have a massive impact financially and an unnecessary inconvenience.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if needed.
