Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 362859.

Dear Sir/Madam, I thought I would bring this matter to your attention as having bought my elderly lady friend of 89 years old Monday 18th October in the morning to Priory Tearoom, I have to say as you can see from the photos attached the path we had to take with her walker proved to be a bit difficult and rough for my friend to get through with her walker, as on the rough surface her walker kept getting stuck a few times and we had to keep lifting it up in order for it to keep moving. Is there anyway you could make the rough section as smooth as the tile path? This rough path is near the smooth path and herbal garden I just fear that this is an accident waiting to happen for someone elderly soon with a walker when trying to get to your tearoom via the car park from the Priory. I look forward to hearing back from you. Many thanks Kind regards, Chantal Gould
