Resident has advised this is Historic and has flooded for 40/50 years. We may have history of this. They were advised in previous years that its a soak and that it cant deal with the drainage. The residents garage has been damaged over years of this. They have to lift there man hole cover to try and drain the water away. But the resident is unable to do now due to age. They complain every year about it but dont get anywhere.
