Still no lighting

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 362904.
The Pelican Crossing Pole and Street Lamp No.2, outside No. 16 Icknield Street, Dunstable, Beds. LU6 3AD is still not working, which makes it very dark on the corner with Burr Street at night. This is not very good as there is a School in Burr Street, the crossing is well used by Parents and children as well as everyone else.
I reported this on the 1 October 2021 and it has been ongoing since I reported it on:
07/06/2021 : Ref. No. 357199 28/06/2021 : Ref. No. 358474 13/07/2021 : Ref. No: 359174 14/09/2021 : Ref. No. 361493 27/09/2021 : Ref. No. 361951
On 1 October 2021 I had an update to say the problem had been re-assigned to Lighting Team to investigate.
I have just returned from a week away to find that the problem STILL HAS NOT BE RESOLVED.
[Pelican Crossing Pole and Lamp No. 1 is working perfectly, so why is No.2 not working.]
It did work for a few days after it was looked at last time. Just cannot understand why it keeps going out.
Once this Pelican Crossing and Lamp is lit up it gives us all security as we can keep an eye on each other as good neighbours, at the moment as it is only half lit, it is very dark.
I would appreciate if this problem could be sorted as soon as possible.
