  • The Traffic Management team visited the junction with the Police after the fatal incident took place in September to review the site where the incident took place, all signage and lines are in place and will be reviewed on a cyclic refresh programme but are all fully visible. The road network is not considered to be a contributory factor in this incident. Unfortunately, we are unable to comment further due to the sensitive and legal nature of this tragic incident.

State changed to: No further action
