Curb has been placed across a junction!!

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 363174.

Hello, the crew appear to have created a new curb along the A5 blocking off Stanbridge Road!! This was meant to be a temporary closure, what’s going on?
