Ramp or dcropped kerb

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 363178.

A new pavement has been laid which now has a kerb by the pedestrian crossing at the junction of High Street South and West Street (near Middle Row). This makes it impossible for mobility scooter riders to get up onto the footpath. There was previously a ramp there and indeed on the side of the road outside Herringtons Chemist there still is a ramp meaning that unwary scooter riders will find themselves marooned in the roadway. Can you arrange for a ramp to be reinstalled please.
