Customer called back to advise that the lights are still out.
Customer advised that the lights that are out cover the area from property numbers 120 to 146 from Vauxhall Spare Parts building to the roundabout towards the motorway.
Customer advised that he usually cycles that way to and from work but it is too dangerous to do so whilst the lights are out and is now having to get a taxi everyday which is costing £7

We have requested that they investigate and make a repair (their target timescale is 28 days). We will continue to monitor this issue until it is resolved.
