Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 363714.
I am an Environment Protection Officer for CBC and attended the location due to waste and a vehicle being dumped on the grass area which is CBC owned. I attended again on the 09/11/2021 and the waste has been removed but the vehicle is still in place. I initially contacted Parking Enforcement who advised I need to contact Highways to request signage is put in place stating "Do not park on the grass" Once signs are in place and if the vehicle is still parked on the grass they can take enforcement action. Please can you arrange for signage to be installed. I have previously tried to report this but was informed by the Highways Team this is a Parking Enforcement issue. I contacted the Parking Team again who advised I need to contact the Highways team as this falls under their responsibility. Many thanks.
