Human excrement on pavement from drug addicts gathering in the alley at night not helped that there is no lights working and the sides have weeds and rubbish This alley is used by school children to get to Icknield school it is totally unacceptable clean it up it has got worse since the drug abusers and homeless were put in the house at the end of burr street
