I have reported this issue to you many times and what has been done nothing at all.It is now to high and wide and one of its roots I believe is lifting a pavement slab. Now is the time to sort this tree out no birds are nesting in it and I do believe it is to close to my property. Dear Sir the pavement work has been completed ,but the Sycamore tree does nee a prune. You say that it was done by you in 2020 ,I dont agree with that you gave me permission to pay for a tree surgeon to cut back some high branches near my house, which they did.The tree does need the height and width pruning so send someone out to see me to discuss what to do about it.
