Dog bin and litter bin opposite to cemetery

Hello I wonder when the council is going to get the dog poo bags bin and rubbish bin next to Shefford cemetery cleaned up? It has been two weeks at least the last time I saw those bins already overflowing and it is still there. Same for the bin at Campton wood exit next to the Army BASE. UK councils have already stopped cleaning the streets. What next? Is this part of the New Normal leaving bins overflowing going back to the dark ages with rats everywhere? It is NOT part of anyone's job, walker's or dog owner, to inform the council(an organisation I pay lots of taxes to do their jobs) that the street bins need cleaning. I already do my part by putting my dog's poo bags into the bin and picking litter dropped in the streets when I come across them. Absolutely disgusting and I am going to start taking picture of all the bins I come across and make a name and shame website. START DOING THE JOB YOU ARE PAID FOR WITH OUR TAX MONEY.
