Highway Officers have visited the site on a number of occassions and have not seen any parking that would cause a safety issue. Although we do not condone footway parking, the photograph provided shows that the car is not causing an obstruction as the footway is wide in this location. We receive numerous queries of a similar nature across the region and must prioritise our efforts to tackle the most serious issues and safety concerns in Central Bedfordshire. Unfortunately, parking on footways is currently a low priority for us, therefore no further action will be taken at this time.
State changed to: No further action
