Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 364879.

After rain this area floods and takes a long time to drain. . Wellington boots are needed to access the post box on the pavement by the entrance to Broom Hall I think there is a drain there, but it does not work properly. This problem has existed for many years.
