Lots of black bin bags on pavement spilling out

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3216660.

There are about 20 odd black bags of rubbish and animals have made holes in bags so rubbish spilling out onto path! its masionet flats brive rd. there is a caravan in garden. 3/4 of way down brive rd
