Footpath between Newton and Dunton Roundabout

Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 10:55, Friday 7 January 2022

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 365526.

The footpath at this location is narrow, overgrown, crumbling and extremely dangerous, for at least the last 3 years (and likely prior). Many children use this on a daily basis to walk to school, as do elderly people walking to bus stop and the village of Dunton. The adjacent road is extremely busy with no traffic calming measures adding to a highly dangerous situation for pedestrians.
