Outside my house Runnymede Mancroft Road a kerb stone is loose and is now higher than others It also rocks side to side when driven over

Resident questioning why case has been closed and when the work will take place. I have advised case is closed as work is planned and that we cannot offer a timeframe but asked that it can be done asap
