Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 365801.
I hit this pot hole last night in the dark and therefore do not have any pictures but my left hand front tyre is flat this morning and I have to order a replacement tyre for £138. I can see this has been reported before but the matter was closed, clearly the pot hole needs urgent attention. As you have not dealt with the problem please can you contact me to arrange a refund of the money have had to pay out for a new tyre. Thankyou

Hi,
We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through Fix My Street.
Many thanks,
Central Bedfordshire Council
