I reported this over 4 weeks ago and it has deteriorated. Due to parking opposite the defect is in the wheel track of cars turning into Hurst grove. Debris has been thrown up onto the footway There is an infant school at the bottom of the road. Has this been inspected what category of defect has it been given and where does it appear on your risk matrix.

In 2022 you raised a FixMyStreet request to Central Bedfordshire. We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through FixMyStreet.
Many thanks,
