Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 366286.
Pavements very dangerous for disabled people. Please inform me when you inspected this area and if you are disabled. If you are able bodied you can walk. Disabled it's totally unsafe. Now I have reported once before if I should now fall and sustain an injury I will be able to claim compensation for any injuries sustained. How can you deem it is safe for disabled people. I have been told to get out and walk but it is very difficult to do this. You need to take more notice of disabled people and listen to the issues and problems. Stop wasting Money on things that are less important and do more for the disabled. Everyone who stopped and spoke to me today said how bad the pavement is and at some points only one person can walk along the pavement due to bushes or grass encroaching onto the pavement. There are also roots coming up through it. I advise you come with me on my walk and I will show you the issues. You appear not to see them.

Thank you for your Highways report.
We have inspected this on numerous occassions and have not identified any individual defect that requires repair, including yesterday. We have passed this to our schemes team to look at in the view of full resurfacing to be considered but planning for this happens in advance and so this may take some time. If there is individual defective sections you are concerned about, please log these with an exact location description so they can be assessed by the appropiate inspector as smaller patching may be able to be carried out if smaller defects have been missed previously and are assessed as requiring repair.Thank you for reporting this matter,
