Street light (11) is still not working.

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 367069.

Received confirmation today that this streetlight has been fixed, unfortunately tonight, it is still not working. This light is positioned on Maple Way and affects residents of Linmere Walk and Abbey Walk. I first reported that this light was not working in February '21 and again in August '21. Please now fix urgently.

  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have inspected and found a fault with the power supply which is owned and maintained by the electricity provider. We have requested that they investigate and make a repair (their target timescale is 28 days). We will continue to monitor this issue until it is resolved. Please contact us again after that time if the light is still out.

  • This light has now been fixed for a couple of weeks. Great to have 'light' again, thank you. May I also say, the workers had to dig up the verge to access the fault. When completed they made a really nice repair of the verge. Thank you, much appreciated.
