Street Light outside 11 Dane Close

I know it's not the right forum but I'm hoping you can help. The street light outside my property has been an issue for a while with regards to access my driveway. It's location proves difficult to pull onto and exit my drive due to it's location and the raised Kerb. The modern world we live and multiple cars in every household means the road opposite my drive has parked cars and my neighbours have multiple cars parked on their drive, which all adds to the problem of accessing my drive and I then have to contribute to the porblem by parking on the road. Can the Street light be moved a metre of so along the path? Can the corner kerb be replaced with a less aggressive keb? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
