Astwisck Road next to industrial units

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 367712.

Trees overhanging pavement and making you walk on the road. Loads of rubbish dumped (possible fly tipping). Entire place is bad where trees are. Wondered if someone can come and address this and also tell the land owner if applicable. This has been getting progressively worse for months. Thanks for investigating.
