Pothole outside the Wheatsheaf public house
Reported via iOS in the Potholes category anonymously at 18:41, Sun 20 February 2022
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 367761.
There’s a deep pothole outside the Wheatsheaf public house which I reported a week or so ago. I received a reply to say that it currently does not need repair. I don’t actually believe that anyone from the council actually inspected it. If it doesn’t need to be repaired why are so many people driving around it to avoid losing their front wheel down it ?

The main pothole was filled in but not levelled properly there are also several other potholes around that area which have been ignored. If fact I would go as far as saying that the whole length of North St and Church St needs to be completely resurfaced as there are so many potholes and road surface is also breaking up. The Soulbury Rd going out towards Bideford Green is just as bad and needs to be completely resurfaced as well.
