Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 368247x.
There is a drain which is much lower than the pavement I was called out to a job it was dark and my foot fell into the drain and really twisted/ bent my ankle and my knee right back in front of number 27 the couple were locked out of their house. My ankle is now swollen and the pain is from my ankle to my knee. This is very dangerous for anyone I am near 50 years old and last thing I need is an injury to my leg.

In 2022 you raised a FixMyStreet request to Central Bedfordshire. We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through FixMyStreet.
Many thanks,
