Temporary Traffic Lights on Hitchin Road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 368470.

These lights are taking far too long to change and people are running the lights because of this. I really do not think it is necessary to have lights on the extrance/exit of the residential home as there is not a lot of traffic coming and going. This also causes tailbacks on the dual carriageway at peak times.
