  • Thank you for your Highways report.
Following you report we have carried out an inspection and raised an order to repair your identified issue and this has now been added to our programme of works.

    Many thanks,
    Central Bedfordshire Council Highways

An order will be raised for patching to create ramps over the tree roots, this is so we don't damage the tree roots which would result in residents having to remove trees from their gardens, this is something we try to avoid at all costs therefore ramping over the tree roots is the most suitable outcome.
