Thank you for your Highways report.
Following you report we have carried out an inspection and raised an order to repair your identified issue and this has now been added to our programme of works. Many thanks,
Central Bedfordshire Council HighwaysAn order will be raised for patching to create ramps over the tree roots, this is so we don't damage the tree roots which would result in residents having to remove trees from their gardens, this is something we try to avoid at all costs therefore ramping over the tree roots is the most suitable outcome.

In 2022 you raised a FixMyStreet request to Central Bedfordshire. We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through FixMyStreet.
Many thanks,
