Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 368723.

1-35 howard court, older peoples living complex. Trees are growing from council land into the boundary of the Home/homes. Huge oak trees can we prune please. One right outside the entrance another 2 if you walk around the boundary 3 in total

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    The large beech tree outside the front of the court Manager's Office is owned by the Housing complex, according to the land registry. The Council have adopted the grass adjacent to it. We manage the trees to the rear, which require no further action at this time, the cherry is schedule to have a crown reduction next winter, but landowners can prune branches up to their property boundary in the meantime.
