We are attempting to identify the owner of T2 Ash, T4 Oak and T5 Lime on the attached site plan. The trees have been implicated in a subsidence damage claim at the above address. Land registry shows that the land is unregistered I would be grateful if you could confirm whether Central Bedfordshire Council is the owner of the trees or has any responsibility for them and / or the parcel of land on which they are located.

  • GIS shows that the trees in question do appear to be on CBC owned land. I believe I have an email from B4Legal regarding this - will action this via email.
