The use of weed killer

Reported via Android in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 15:25, Monday 28 March 2022

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 369753.

How are you still allowed to use weed killer ? It's poisonous , and linked with cancer It's sprayed freely along pavements , verges , people's fences who are very likely to have either children or pets beyond the fence .. It looks a complete mess once applied , nothing whatsoever will grow for at least 6 months and ends up just brown mud .. It is not a very responsible or a green way of combating a natural problem
