Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 17:26, Monday 11 April 2022

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 370413.

As it was previously reported that the tree branches need to be cut down and due to high winds in anytime can fall down, and it will damage the roof. It is belonging to CBC because Luton council confrimed that these trees are belonging to Dunstable. Please proceed the request and cut down the tree branches which can cause damage in the house and dangerous as it can fall on someone as it has a walkway next to it.

  • Thank you for making a report, however Central Bedfordshire Council are not responsible for this matter. Your report will now be closed by us.

Unfortunately we are unable to assist with this request. HM Land Registry shows that Persimmon Homes are responsible for a small section of land adjacent to the fence. All management of the busway is undertaken by Luton Council.

    Many thanks,
    Central Bedfordshire Council Highways
