Dangerous absence of road markings
Reported via iOS in the Road markings and lining category anonymously at 16:25, Tue 12 April 2022
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 370454.
No clear pedestrian priority or crossing point means vehicles challenge those pedestrians who wander over here straight off the bus (where the pavement otherwise ends in the road quite abruptly).
The crossing nearer Grove House runs only from Vernon Place down into the car park.
Why the massive oversight?
This is a (serious) accident waiting to happen.
