Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 370642.
I've reported this twice now in Jan and again in Feb 2022 and despite the report being closed as 'area due for maintenance' nothing has been done.
Sections of this tree remain partially snapped and hanging down. Previous branches that snapped are still on the ground awaiting clearance. No idea if the tree is classed as public highway or within the fenced off boundary of the adjacent property but it needs dealing with. It is unsafe and looks awful. Supposedly it was due for maintenance' however the bushes / trees on the other side of Millwright Way have been trimmed yet this hasn't been touched.
Between this and the eyesore that is the property next door (metal fencing all laying down, bins left out on the pavement) it makes the whole area unsightly

Thank you for making a report, however Central Bedfordshire Council are not responsible for this matter. This tree is privately owned, part of the same property as that fenced area. CBC manage the trees on the other side of the road, and they have been pruned to clear the footway.
