Back of 1 and 2 The Mall. Edge of grass verge and pathway.

Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 13:50, Tue 10 May 2022

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 371338.

Saplings growing around intended tree. Roots damaging pathway, growing tall and very close to property border. Concerned they will grow too tall to cut back easily and then be a risk of falling. Please could someone cut back and potentially cut down.

Are you able to confirm who the complaint should be referred to - is it Dunstable TC or should the customer contact the Land Registry for further information? Please advise. Thanks.

  • Please be advised it does at least appear to be CBCs responsibility to maintain the land as there is currently and employee cutting the grass.
