Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 13:50, Tuesday 10 May 2022
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 371338.
Saplings growing around intended tree. Roots damaging pathway, growing tall and very close to property border. Concerned they will grow too tall to cut back easily and then be a risk of falling. Please could someone cut back and potentially cut down.

Email received from the customer to follow up the closure of FMS report. We note that the trees are not the responsibility of CBC. Are you able to confirm who the complaint should be referred to - is it Dunstable TC or should the customer contact the Land Registry for further information? Please advise. Thanks.

Please be advised it does at least appear to be CBCs responsibility to maintain the land as there is currently and employee cutting the grass.
