Email received from the customer to follow up the closure of FMS report. We note that the trees are not the responsibility of CBC. Are you able to confirm who the complaint should be referred to - is it Dunstable TC or should the customer contact the Land Registry for further information? Please advise. Thanks.

Please be advised it does at least appear to be CBCs responsibility to maintain the land as there is currently and employee cutting the grass.

In 2022 you raised a FixMyStreet request to Central Bedfordshire. We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through FixMyStreet.
Many thanks,
