The pathway is along the side of my house leading into orchard close on the other side of path is allotments, Matt from the highway department rectified the map last year saying they were responsible for that land to maintain it, unfortunately this bit has not been touched for many years and it needs to be cut back now, it’s damaging my fence with ivy and anything that can grow though my fence, unfortunately I can only put 1 photo on this site to show you how bad it is, the other side of path is maintained all the time and looks very neat and tidy

    We have now inspected the defect and no planned repair is necessary at this stage. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor and inspect the road in line with our established service plan.
