Blocked gulley
Reported via Android in the Drains/Ditches Blocked category by Cllr Tracey McMahon at 14:08, Fri 27 May 2022
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 371957x.
This blocked gulley overflows when there is heavy rain. The interior has already been noted as deteriorating after parts were found to have collapsed into the drain when it was serviced a few years ago. It is really concerning that CBC has not insisted that the water company address these problems with a drainage system that has been poorly maintained since their installation 60 years ago! I'm really worried that the whole road might collapse one day!

In 2022 you raised a FixMyStreet request to Central Bedfordshire. We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through FixMyStreet.
Many thanks,
