Woodside, Eaton Bray, Dunstable LU6 2RQ

Reported via desktop in the Surface water on Highway category anonymously at 14:24, Thursday 9 June 2022

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 372334.

Since Woodside and Eaton Bray High Street was relaid two years ago by contractors we have suffered flooding during heavy rain.It is quite clear the road know has a "dip" in it and the water pools and the drains cannot cope, hence the flooding of the road and gardens. The residents of the cul de sac are now fed up with attempting ,with no succes, to have this issue resolved. Can you please take this problem onboard and take steps to resolve it, Two years is too long to wait. I can only reiterate for thirty years we had no drainage problems, this has only occured since the contractors resurfaced the road.
