  • Resident is very upset its been two months and they have no better update than by the end of the year. Wanting it done asap, have advised resident I cannot force this to happen sooner

  • Resident has called again to chase an update as to when the disabled bay markinging will be refreshed as it is causing alot of issues within the residents. I exlained that I am unable to sepify time scale, previously has been advised it maybe towards the end of year, Resident has requested for this to be done ASAP and not for it to be delayed to then.
