Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 372506x.
The lime tree branches are obscuring Highlands street name plate and are over hanging into14 High Street. It has been established that the tree is the Council's responsibility and has a TPO. Please can you arrange for the branches to be cut and the height of the tree reduced as in high winds there is a risk of injury or damage to property/vehicles.

In 2022 you raised a FixMyStreet request to Central Bedfordshire. We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through FixMyStreet.
Many thanks,
