  • Call from customer as this has been an ongoing issue for years which still has not been rectified by CBC. land registry searches done by arlesey tc and network rail have confirlmed ownership is CBC however the tree has still not been lopped and cropped or removed as currently the resident has no sky or tv as the sky dish is affected by the tree. He is concerned by the signal issues and also is a safetly issue in high winds. sky and wi-fi are affected. there child is home schooled and wi-fi is essential for this. i have linked this to a report from 2021 but customer claims to have made a number of reports over they years but with no action. we did cut the tree back about 2-3 years ago but not been back since. can this be investigated further please.

  • Email sent to customer:

I’m very sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this. I’m emailing in relation to the trees adjacent to your property which are causing issues with WiFi signal, Sky etc.

I’d like to come out to have a look at the trees to arrange a solution, but I’d like to make sure you’re there so we can discuss the problem. Will you be available if I visited next Monday 1st at 11:00?

    Many thanks
