Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 372800.

I have reported these overgrown trees so many times now .They are growing literally against my back fence and have now broken my fence panel and as in pictures they are now growing and entwining with my own plants

    Please refer to tree policy, unfortunately we do not have the resources or obligation to cut back vegetation growing over a boundary. You are able to cut back any vegetation to your boundary line, but in doing so must dispose of the vegetation yourself

  • Customer unhappy as no one has properly insepected the trees as are growing quite high. Would like another tree officer to take a look and have them cut back. Advised customer of Bird nesting season.
