Weeds overgrown and floor risen from roots

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 373050.
Tree behind house number 101- the roots have risen the path causing an uneven surface which i cannot get access to my car as i am in a wheelchair and sometimes use a walker which i cannot get over this path. The weeds are severly overgrown as seen in picture!

Customer called for updates.
I have advsied that the report was passed to our housing repairs team.
Customer said that spoke with the team and they advised that it should be highways.I did called housing repairs team and explaine about the report. They have found the request and I did transfered the customer call to them to provide their report number and updates.
