  • Hi James.
Please could you update this request 374044 regarding the large Birch tree located outside number 1 Burdetts Court , Potton , on the pathway
Resident needs this update as she lives in the United States and needs to know if the council will be responsible for the cutting / trimming of this tree.
Also if we are responsible , then when will our contractors be cutting it ?
She is in the UK till end of September and needs to know because if we are not responsible , then she can hire a tree surgeon to deal with it before she leaves the UK. Also if Highways are not responsible then she will check to see if the tree has a tree preservation order on it. She will then contact the TPO officer within planning . Her neighbours are complaining about the tree and she needs to resolve this before she goes back to the States ---------Email also sent to the TO and the area team
