Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 374992x.
Resident hired a man / firm to look into why her down pipe from her property is unable to take away rain water . He advised her that this is is due to the soak away being blocked with tree debris , leaves , etc. That she should contact the council That the drainage is blocked hence the reason rain water is not being drained away

Customer called to get an up date. Would like the Tree officer to call the customer when inspecting as she will be able to show him the extent of the problem. She has had to call the water board in the past about the tree roots. She would prefer the tree was removed all together.
Have emailed team.
