Overgrown vegetation across pathway between Chambers Way and Heather Drive.
Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category by Les Pitts at 16:53, Wed 24 August 2022
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 375022x.
The vegetation in this are has been growing out into the footpath for years. In addition the large amount of shrubbery cut down when the telegraph pole was replaced has just been left to die which has to be a fire hazard as it dries out..

In 2022 you raised a FixMyStreet request to Central Bedfordshire. We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through FixMyStreet.
Many thanks,
