Outside number 45 there are two water soakaways they were both flooded today 25th August they need either up grading or cleaned every 6 months our house has been flooded once as you should know and we hold you totaly responsible if we are flooded again as you have been negligent in carrying out any improvementd.

As for pot holes there are so many in the Poplar Close Hillside Road are it looks like a minefield both roads require resurfacing urgently.

  • Your guys came and gave a good clear out but I gather they were reporting that the two soakaways required to be bored. I assume this is what you mean by an order being raised if so can you please give me an idea when this is likely to be done as we are getting more and more heavy rain falls and I do not wish to have to sue the council for damage to my home because of your tardiness..
