Customer email:-email send to team and asked for this to be looked at as soon as possible and updated provided.
A lampost that was hit by a car in 2021 was reported as not fixed on 16.9.22. The post is outside 50 newis crescent clifton. Been asking for updates for last few months. Last week an ambulance was called to a nearby house and the driver admitted struggling to find correct house due to the bad lighting being so dark to see pavement etc safely. This is unacceptable after the post being damaged for so long. Any updates please?Posted by Central Bedfordshire Council at 16:17, Tue 28 February 2023

In 2022 you raised a FixMyStreet request to Central Bedfordshire. We are contacting you to notify you that your report has been closed from our system. We have recently begun our partnership with a new Highways contractor and as a result we need to close previous cases that were outstanding with the previous contractor, this is part of an ongoing administrative process.
If the issue is outstanding and you believe it to be an emergency, such as exposed electrical wires, please contact us on 0300 300 8049.
If you see issues on the highways network, please continue to report these directly through FixMyStreet.
Many thanks,
